Review and updates

Facts such as park fees, entry rules, gate access and regulations are checked against the authorities that set them, including the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and the Akagera Management Company. Wildlife and seasonal guidance draws on African Parks reports, conservation organisations and published research.
Comparing multiple sources
Where figures or advice differ between sources, we compare several references and present the range rather than a single unverified number. Estimates are clearly labelled as estimates.
Keeping facts current
- Fees and regulations are re-checked when authorities announce changes.
- Seasonal and wildlife information reflects typical patterns, with the caveat that nature varies from year to year.
- Outdated details are corrected as soon as we identify them.
